Boosted Performance Policies

Refund Policy:

Our payment processing company (PayPal) withholds a 3.5% fee on refunds so ALL eligible refunds do not get this 3.5% fee returned because it is not returned back to us from PayPal.

E-Tunes - No refunds are allowed after an E-Tune has been started.  Once a tune is started, you have a full tune from us that you are free to use which means it cannot be "returned".  We do not have a time limit on completing the E-Tune so you are free to complete the E-Tuning any time.  Within 15 days of purchase, if we have not sent your E-Tune yet you can be refunded 100% for your purchase.

Tuning Deposits  - We can refund 50% of the deposit if you already have our base tune or 100% if you do not have a base tune yet.

Break-In/Base-Tune - No refunds are allowed once you have your tune file.  We can work with you to help figure out why it may not be working if you are having issues.

Products - You may return products within 30 days for a 10% restocking fee unless there is a product defect in which exceptions can be made.  Tuning packages can have products returned but not the tuning portion or any package discounts that are part of the package if the tune has been sent.

Support Policy:

Six Months - Within 6 months from the time of completion of a dyno tune or E-Tune we offer free support for any kind of issue that comes up.  We will review logs, videos and your feedback and do our best to help diagnose the issue and give suggestions on how to try to solve it.  An E-Tune is considered complete when we have reviewed final logs or if you have not sent us logs for over 1 month.

One Year - Within 1 year from the time of completion of your tune, we offer free support for anything that is weather related in nature because these are things that can legitimately need tuning adjustments at times.  This is primarily things like boost fluctuations or overboost in very cold weather or knock related issues in very hot weather.  It does not include things like rich or lean fueling codes, misfire issues or codes or really any code other than maybe an overboost code.

If you are outside our support period, we do offer a service to review logs and help troubleshoot issues that come up here:
