FT86 Ecutek Boost Control Update

This is a tune update for an existing custom Ecutek tune done by Boosted Peformance or through FTSpeed (formerly FT86SpeedFactory).
 
This update is for adding an electronic boost controller which is connected to your CPC plug and allows us to control boost through the ECU for higher boost levels.
