FT86 Boosted E-Tune Update

This is a tune update for an existing custom tune done by Boosted Peformance or through FTSpeed (formerly FT86SpeedFactory) on turbo or supercharged car.
 
This update is meant for small changes that include things like:
 
Different turbo kit
Different supercharger kit
Header change
Intake change
Intake manifold change
Fuel type change, 91 to 93, 93 to 91, etc
