Cobb NexGen Flex Fuel Kit 2008-2021 STi

Take advantage of E85 the right way with Flex Fuel.  This kit allows the ECU to monitor ethanol content on the fly so the tune can automatically adjust for any blend of ethanol.  Once fully tuned, you can run any mixture of gasoline and ethanol safely.  No more worrying about how much ethanol you are getting from a particular station or when the seasons change.
 
This plug and play NexGen Ethanol Sensor Kit is the heart of our NexGen Flex Fuel product offering. It consists of an ethanol content sensor with mounting bracket, fuel lines to be used with the COBB Fuel Lines, a NexGen Flex Fuel module, and a plug-and-play wiring harness to bring it all together.
 
The OE quality ethanol content sensor is secured to a bespoke powder coated aluminum bracket. Fuel is then fed to and from the sensor with pre-made fuel line with OE quick disconnect. A billet adapter is included to allow for seamless integration with the COBB Fuel Rail Line Kit.
 
The NexGen Flex Fuel Module is mounted to the passenger side strut tower and handles all of the data processing before sending ethanol content to the ECU to be used by an Accessport-delivered NexGen Flex Fuel calibration.
 
Tying everything together is a custom, easy to install, plug-and-play wiring harness. Utilizing OE quality wiring and connectors makes adding NexGen Flex Fuel on your supported Subaru both quick and reliable.
 
Fuel Pressure Monitoring Option
It is possible to purchase the flex fuel sensor kit only but it is strongly recommended to include the fuel pressure monitoring because of its value to the safety of the engine.  This extra sensor allows the ECU to monitor fuel pressure and make real time compensations as needed.  Additionally, you are able to monitor fuel pressure and the compensations to know when there is an issue which can prevent catastrophic engine failure.
